2. Registration for closed user groups

Once your right of access has been verified, we will create a user account for you in which, in addition to your professional status, we will file the following personal data:

  • Contact details (incl. email address, phone number and name institution, address pharmacy of institution)

We process this personal data in order to provide you with access to The Website and to further facilitate the provision of goods as provided for via this Website. This information will be kept for the minimum number of years as determined by applicable laws and regulations.

3. Information on side effects and quality complaints

The Website is not intended to report side effects, lack of therapeutic effect, medication errors, quality complaints and/or other issues regarding the safety or quality of COMPANY products. If you wish to report side effects or make a quality complaint, please use the Adverse event reporting form that you can download from The Website and follow the instructions contained in the form.

If you report to us an adverse event in relation to a COMPANY product, the information you provide (including your name, contact details, professional information and your questions) will be documented and retained on our databases for purposes of dealing with your enquiry and to comply with the law. Subsequently, we may have to notify the competent health authorities of the issues reported by you. In this context, the patient information will be forwarded in pseudonymized form, i.e. no information by which the patient may be directly identified will be passed on. We may have to forward the pseudonymized information to our group of companies and cooperation partners, to the extent these are likewise obliged to notify their respectively competent health authorities.

The Website uses so-called “functional cookies”, without which the functionality of The Website would be reduced. 5. Transfer of data for commissioned processing/ by third parties

For the processing of your data we will to some extent use specialized service contractors. Such service contractors are carefully selected and regularly monitored by us. We enter into arrangements for those collaborations to require an appropriate protection of your personal information.

The server will be hosted by NUCLEUS NV with its principal office located at Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Gent and servers located in Antwerp-Belgium, with a back up in Diegem-Belgium.
